Evaluate an AI visibility service: AEO, GEO and evidence

Content updated:

Scope: Document evaluation. The pilot and the token are original proposals; CallsIQ has not hired or tested Brandify.

Short answer

Evaluate an AEO or GEO service through a reproducible baseline, changes to specific URLs and measurement of commercial enquiries. A mention in an AI answer is an observation rather than evidence of new customers or a causal provider effect.

Key verification: Repeat comparable questions and record the cited URL, date, environment and commercial outcome.

Sources and limitations

To evaluate an AI search engine visibility service, ask for three deliverables: a reproducible initial reference, a plan for changes on specific pages, and a way to measure commercial queries. A screenshot where your brand appears serves as an observation; alone does not demonstrate that the service has generated customers.

What Brandify offers and what you should confirm

Brandify features managed SEO, AEO and GEO services: technical review, initial visibility analysis, query selection, page improvements and work tracking. AEO and GEO are the names it uses to optimize its presence in response engines and generative AI. Source: Official Brandify Services .

Your catalog can serve as a starting point to request a proposal. Confirm in writing if it covers Spain, content in Spanish and your sector, which pages it will modify, who approves the texts and what access it needs. We have not verified these conditions or contracted the service. Differentiate the cost of organic work from any additional advertising investment.

Check the website foundations first

Google explains that common SEO practices also apply to its AI functions: the page must be able to be indexed and displayed with a snippet. Does not require AI files or special markup. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee appearing. Source: AI functions and your website . These indications correspond to Google; They do not describe all engines.

Before ordering new items, review your service pages: correct information, geographic scope, contact conditions and answers that help the buyer. Ask the supplier to explain each change and its acceptance criteria. Avoid publishing a page for every small variation of the same question.

Original sheet to compare a proposal

Evaluate an AI visibility service: AEO, GEO and evidence: table 1
Deliverable Evidence to order Acceptance condition
Initial reference Queries, engine, date, language and market The same set of observations can be repeated
Technical review Affected URL, problem and priority Each incident has a responsible person and closure check
Content Improvement Previous page, proposal and reason Business validates accuracy and usefulness before publishing
Tracking Observed responses, mentions, and cited pages Results include nonappearance and context changes
Commercial result Inquiries received, qualification and sales The report distinguishes evidence of origin and unknown origin
Service exit Files, permissions and exportable data Client retains work and can withdraw access

A pilot with fictional questions and data

Example proposed for a fictional maintenance company: select questions about service, area and selection criteria. Preserves the exact text and records date, engine and context of each query. Note if the company appears, if the description is correct and which page is cited. Repeat the set after changes, maintaining conditions that you can control.

If it appears in two of ten initial responses and four of ten subsequent responses, describe that change in the sample. Do not present it as market share or proven causal effect. Also save responses without mention and errors: choosing only favorable captures prevents evaluating the service.

Relate visibility and demand with prudence

Google includes traffic from its AI features in Search Console's overall web search data. This total does not allow a call to be attributed to a specific response on its own. Source: Measuring Performance in AI Functions .

Preserves the observable origin of queries and an unknown category when evidence is missing. You can ask the customer how they found you, distinguishing that stated answer from the technical origin. Evaluates costs per qualified contact with the same period and scope, and delivers visibility tracking separate from the call report .

When to accept the proposal

Accept when you can identify tasks, costs, permissions, deliverables and review criteria. If you only offer promises to appear in AI without explaining work or measurement, ask for a concrete proposal.
