What he brings to CallsIQ, and what he does not
The guides come from building and maintaining the systems that receive, route and log calls: queues, menus, CRM integrations, call records, telephony APIs and, in recent years, language models built into applications. When a guide describes a configuration or a common mistake, it starts from that practice.
The regulation guides explain the Spanish official gazette and CNMC resolutions from a configuration point of view, but they are not legal advice. Comparisons of providers other than Vocalcom rely on their public documentation and on the tests stated in each guide; when there is no test of his own, the guide says so.
Certifications
Five Anthropic certifications on using language models in applications:
- Building with the Claude API
- Claude Code in Action
- AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations
- Claude 101
- Claude Cowork
Relationship with Vocalcom
Joaquin works at Vocalcom, a contact centre software vendor. CallsIQ is a personal publication: what it says is his own view and does not speak for Vocalcom. The guides do not link to or recommend Vocalcom products: the company only appears when the author describes his experience. The details are in the transparency policy.
