Define the scope without exporting passwords
Includes work accounts that you legitimately manage and assigns a person responsible per service. The inventory needs the name of the service, owner, criticality and review status. You don't need the password value or a snapshot of the visible field.
Before changing critical access, confirm recovery and who should continue logging in. If multiple people use a shared account, coordinate the change and check if the provider allows individual accounts. A password change does not replace permissions management or delete open sessions on its own.

The Password Health official help describes indicators for weak, reused, and exposed passwords in the vault. It also explains access to the site where you can change your password. The update should be completed there; editing only the saved value does not change the service credential.
An alert helps you decide what to review. The absence of alerts does not certify that an account is secure or that inventory is complete. Check what features are included in your plan and separate personal results from the administrative views available for businesses.

The matrix is an editorial proposal. If evidence of exposure appears, review that incident as a priority and use the appropriate procedure. Do not mix preventive inventory quality review with an investigation of already detected improper access.
Change and verify one account at a time
Opens the provider from a known reference and generates a unique credential. Complete the change, update the store, and check for a new login before logging out of the still-working session. Enables additional authentication when the service supports it and preserves independent recovery.
Record date, responsible person and result without including secrets. Review alerts after the change to confirm that the saved item corresponds to the service. If there are old duplicates in the vault, check which record is used before removing them.
How to measure progress
Accounts reviewed accounts and pending findings due to impact. Don't use "zero alerts" as a blanket guarantee or demand arbitrary periodic changes just to improve a number.
