Short answer
A static website can publish Synthesia video through a link, embedded player or its own file where terms permit. Choose by access, control and maintenance and verify playback; each option introduces different resources and dependencies.
Key verification: Check permissions, account-free playback and version updates on the final page.
Sources and limitationsA static website can display a video without running an application server. You must choose between linking to the provider's player, embedding it, or hosting your own file, and test the publishing experience. This guide uses Synthesia's documented options and provides an acceptance plan for a business page.
Choose how the video opens
A link to the player is sufficient when you prefer that the user decide to open another service. An embedded player keeps the video on the page, but adds a connection to the third party. Your own file requires managing the size, format and updating of the resource on your hosting.
Choose according to the objective and actual constraints. Don't embed private content in a public URL just because it's on a training page. Also, don't turn a static file into a protected access system: hiding a link does not authenticate the person opening it.
What Synthesia allows sharing
The official video sharing help documents public link and embed code. Indicates that viewers do not need an account to view them and that updates to the video are reflected wherever it is embedded. Password protection depends on the plan; SSO authentication is reserved for Enterprise in the documentation consulted.
Generate the link from the video and copy the code offered by the provider. Check which version you are publishing and who can see it. Use fictional content on your first test and don't assume that a change is accepted just because the player already displays it.
Minimum link for a static page
<p>
<a href="URL_PUBLICA_VERIFICADA_DEL_VIDEO">
Ver demostración de cómo solicitar una revisión
</a>
</p>
This is a template, not a functional URL. Replace the value with your actual display link, keep some descriptive text, and add the verified duration if useful. That video link is different from the Synthesia commercial link at the end of the guide.
Original publication acceptance checklist
| Test | Required result |
|---|---|
| Session without creator account | Only the content intended for that audience is seen |
| Mobile and keyboard | User finds and operates controls |
| Initial loading | Does not block reading or play unexpected audio |
| No reproduction | There is a textual alternative for the necessary information |
| Version change | The page and the material describe the same instructions |
| Video removal | Page does not hold a promise of available content |
If you embed the player, reserve space to avoid content skips and review requests to the provider. Adjust the upload to your site's privacy decisions before publishing. This list does not certify accessibility or automatically resolve obligations regarding third-party technologies.
Ownership of ongoing maintenance
Save URL, page where it appears, script version and reviewer. An automatic update facilitates maintenance, but can change the visible content without rebuilding the website. Check relevant changes before communicating them to clients. CallsIQ has not published a test video on Synthesia nor does it embed an external player here. Sources reviewed on 4 October 2026.
